08 May 2017

Between the Brochs, a coastal survey
Friday 5th May, 2017
Skirza and Nybster, Caithness

SCAPE and the Caithness Broch Project are inviting volunteers to walk the coast with them between Skirza and Nybster Brochs from the 5th to the 8th May. We will be identifying and recording archaeological sites along the way and trying out some new recording methods with volunteers. This is a fantastic and enjoyable opportunity to get to know the archaeological heritage of a stunning coastline and learn the basics of archaeological survey.

Please contact Ellie at elg5@st-andrews.ac.uk or 01334 463017 if you are interested in participating and would like to be added to the list to receive further information when it is available.
